Straberry smoothie in pure vegan way, with 3 ingredients: ice, strawberries and almond milk!
The almond milk is the smoothest possible solution for a vegan smoothie, and need no sweeteners at all especially if you use super-riped or even a little over-riped strawberries ;-)

Strawberry Smoothie Recipe Ingredients
- 240 g Strawberries fresh and hulled
- 65 g Almond milk unswwetened (about 1/4 cup)
- 100 g Ice cubes
Strawberry Smoothie Recipe Instructions
- Blend the ice cubes in the blender first, until crushed, about 1-2 minutes depending on the blender. Use really cold ice cubes for a smooth, silky strawberry smoothie!
- Pour the almond milk and the strawberries and blend well until smooth, about 2 minutes or so,
- Serve with strawberry bits and mint leaves on the glass edge!
Strawberry Smoothie Recipe Tips & Tricks
This is the most simple strawberry smoothis around, but still delicious as it is. If you need it sweeter though then feel free to add a couple of honey or agave syrup or something similar;
The almond milk also makes this strawberry smoothie apropriate for those of us intolerant to lactose; if it's not your case then you can also use any kind of milk or even a cream;
