The ultimate swedish chocolate mud cake!
(or 2 tsp vanilla floavoured sugar)
Dried coconut meat
Heat your oven to 175 celsius degrees / 350 fahrenheit degrees
Choose a pot big enough to hold all ingredients and start by melting the butter in it
Add and melt the chocolate bar in the buter
Remove the pot from the heat and mix in the sugar and the vanilla extract; make sure the sugar is properly dissolved in the mixture
Add the eggs and whisk gently
Whisk in the flour and cocoa powder, small quantities at a time; avoid creating lumps as much as possible
Grease a 24 cm removable bottom pan and spread the coconut flakes inside until the greased inner surfaces are covered in flakes
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 18 minutes
Remove the cake from the oven when it is crisp on the edges and sticky in the middle
Let it cool in the baking pan, then serve it topped with whipped cream and forest fruits!
