1 cup (unsifted) = 137 grams
1 cup (sifted) = 110 grams
These are medium ratios suited for bread type wheat flour. Some cake flours are lighter (125 & 100 grams) and whole wheat flour tend to go up to 140 grams per unsifted cup.
